Chicken & Stuffing

This is one of my favorites. Its simple, only requires hot water and has no additional waiting after the water has been added.

Stovetop stuffing (or equivalent generic)
Foil pack of Tyson Chicken.

Add hot water to stuffing mix according to package directions. Stir in chicken.

So simple a caveman could do it.....



Thanks, James--Backpacking food doesn't get lighter than stuffing mix. Great submission. I am going to try this one on my next hike.

That sounds really yummy!! You could even add a little chicken boullion to the water for some extra flavor!
